Here's what's changing: Transferable is becoming ReTitled, and it's moving to Substack.

For years, someone else wrote your title. A company, a boss, an org chart. It told people what you do and, quietly, what you're worth. Retitled is where you write your own. Each week I'll share how mid-career professionals figure out what they bring, what they can build on, and where it can take them: a new company, a bigger role, or something of their own.

It's still built on the Transferable Capital framework. It's also the working draft of my next book, which will carry the same name.
